I always say that whatever you do, you must be strategic about it. Otherwise, you’re gonna be wasting a lot of time. And I can say, that I’ve been there myself too.

If you’re dead serious about creating success in your network marketing business, there might be one tool that you’re missing. I didn’t realize it myself when I first started. A lot of network marketers are actually missing the personal development and lead generation aspects. They’re doing a lot of hard work, but forget about creating leverage – having people come to YOU asking about your business.

I personally believe that whatever you do, you have to aim at something. When there’s no goal, you’re going nowhere. It’s kinda like running in the woods without knowing where you’re headed, you’ll end up nowhere. The same thing applies to your business. You MUST have a goal.
Moreover, you should write it down and make sure you SEE it every single day. You can create a vision board and put it on the wall in your office. I have mine hanging where I can see it all the time, so it definitely fuels my vision and makes keep keep going when I don’t feel like it. As Napoleon Hill said – if the goal is not written down, you don’t really have a goal.
Considering the fact, that every business is different, you need to know your audience. As they say – if you’re targeting everyone, you’re targeting no one. If you are just getting started, and not quite sure who your audience is, research other business owners within your niche. Figure out who they’re targeting and trying to attract.
One other thing you can do is understand your product (obviously, huh?). And do your research to identify WHO are the people that are already buying what you have to offer. That is going to be your idea customer. However, in the beginning when you don’t know your customer avatar just yet, you have to research who the potential is going to be. And later on you can narrow down.
