Key #1: Learn
If you’re not learning anything new, how are you even expecting to get any types of results in business? If you don’t know what you’re doing, nothing changes. I know that from my personal experience, because in my first year of network marketing I didn’t know what to do, and I didn’t know education even existed.
And if you’re doing the same thing over and over again and expect different results, you’re crazy. It doesn’t happen this way. Especially if you do that thing for 6 months, and nothing changes, you should know that something’s wrong. In 2015 I had to completely change my marketing game plan, because what I was doing, didn’t bring any results whatsoever.
You’ll have to stretch yourself and do the things that are uncomfortable. It may be calling your leads (I know it’s scary, right?). Get over yourself and push yourself outside that “save zone”. That’s where the real growth begins.
There are tons of ways how to learn something new – books, courses, live events, coaching, masterminds, etc. If you’re not investing in your education, your business is not growing (and you’re not growing either). Period.
