5 Strategies to Reduce Stress

Would you like to know some simple strategies to help you reduce stress, and get out of that funk?

We’ve all been there, when we simply don’t feel like doing anything.. How do you move forward?

I’ve been doing some coaching calls with clients who hit that wall and got stressed about different things.

So in this post I’m sharing 5 various strategies that will help you reduce stress and get back into action mode to move your business forward.

1.Meditate

I personally used to think that meditation doesn’t work. Seriously – how does sitting quiet and listening to some kinda calming music gonna improve my mindset as well as my whole life in general? I used to be so wrong about that! All it takes – do meditation for at least a week, and you WILL notice changes. I absolutely changed my mind about meditating after a live event I attended in August this year. We had Dr. Joe Dispenza speaking. So I’ve been doing some of his meditations lately, and I feel much better, than before.

Especially if you feel stressed, meditation is certainly a good way to re-fraim your brain and put your focus into a more positive direction. Meditation is a great thing to combine with visualization. Start thinking about the things you want to accomplish, instead of what you don’t have right now.

2.Listen to Music

This one is definitely up to the individual. For some people it’s better to listen to some calming music, like Instrumental etc. For me personally when I listen to that type of music, I want to sleep. Instead I’m listening to some upbeat music. That always gets me energized and excited to get the day going.

I don’t listen to music all the time. However, I do when writing a blog post, or editing a video, or doing any of that kinda task that doesn’t require a ton of focus. Other times I listen to personal development audios. Upbeat music always does the work for me. Test out what’s the best for you.

These 2 strategies always help me reduce stress and put my mind into a more positive direction. In the video below I share 3 more strategies (one of them I was sharing with a few coachign clients lately, so that should help you out as well).

  1. You know my motto….”music makes you lose control!”
Lol but seriously Tony Robbins says it best- motion creates emotion. I listen to music and break a few moves before going LIVE on Facebook. Gets me in my groove every time.

  2. Great strategies Jelena. I personally love listening to music, audios and reading motivational books.
Listening to music really chills me out.
