Acquire More Customers

One of the most important things in any business is getting customers. And it’s also one of the most common things that marketers struggle with. 

You are in business to make money, right? Without customers you are out of business. Period. 

So in today’s post I’m going to share 5 tips that will help you acquire more customers for your business, no matter what business that is. 

1.Build relationships.

The very fist thing that you always have to put your focus on. Stop looking at every single person and seeing only Dollar Signs. That’s not the way to do business. You may have heard that already, or may not, but people buy from those they know, like, and trust. People don’t buy from random strangers, that’s why you have to really focus on building trust and credibility with your audience.

2.Promise the results.

I learned that from one of Dan Kennedy’s book. People are results oriented. Whenever they buy something, whether it is a product, a course, a system, they are always looking for what it can do for them – “what’s in it for them”. Once you understand that, your business will change dramatically. So when you put an offer in front of your audience, ask yourself first – “What results can I promise to them?”. BUT!! You always have to make sure that people can’t expect ANY results whatsoever if they don’t put in action. 

3.Show testimonials of other people.

Social Proof is literally EVERYTHING, if you want to acquire more customers for your business. When your audience sees that there are REAL people who got results by using your product, system or any type of offer that you have, they will be more likely to buy from you. Testimonials are so powerful, so you definitely gotta use them in your business. 

4.Create urgency.

Give people a reason to act NOW. Create an offer so irresistible, that people can’t help but buy right away. It works really well especially on the webinars, when you offer to buy your product only to a limited number of people, or the price goes up after midnight, or you have the bonuses which will expire in 24 hours. You’ve got an idea. Urgency is one of the key things that will allow you to acquire more customers. 

5.Give clear Call To Action (CTA).

A lot of people mess this up, and I did too when I just got started. Whenever you create a piece of content (a blog post, a video, a Facebook Status Update, etc.), make sure that you give only ONE main Call To Action. Don’t make people feel confused on what to do. People want direction, what they need to do next. So take them to the next level by giving only ONE clear Call To Action. It’s okay to have several CTA’s (especially in a blog post), but you still need to have one main CTA in order to attain a lead, a customer, etc.
