I didn’t realize I needed it when I first started in business. A lot of network marketers are actually missing the personal development and lead generation aspects. They’re doing a lot of hard work, but forget about creating leverage – having people come to YOU asking about your business.

If they love the product, there’s a good chance that they’d love to share it with others.
The second thing that you can do to motivate your team in network marketing is applied if you have a rep, who’s frustrated with not getting results. A very simple, yet great, question you can ask is “What have you done so far to sign up your first customer or distributor?“. Based on their answer you can point them to any MLM training your company offers. Or if they exhausted their warm market, you may have them use a system like this to generate more leads, so they have more people to talk to about their business.
