If you’re dead serious about creating success in your network marketing business, there might be one tool that you’re missing. I didn’t realize it myself when I first started. A lot of network marketers are actually missing the personal development and lead generation aspects. They’re doing a lot of hard work, but forget about creating leverage – having people come to YOU asking about your business.

You start a BUSINESS, so treat it as such. And any real business requires investment. It’s common sense.
Even if you just sign up for less than $500 (in most cases), treat this investment as a million dollar investment. It truly can be, if you commit to it. Be willing to do the work, and don’t get discouraged if it doesn’t work immediately. Rome was not built in one day. That’s another topic for another article though.
Network Marketing Advantage #2: Your Own Schedule
That is one of my favorite network marketing advantages. You get to determine your own schedule – when to work on your business. I mean, what could be better than being able to wake up and go to sleep whenever you want? Obviously, when you’re building it part time, this may not be the case. But once you fire your boss (if that’s your goal) and go into network marketing full time, you get to work on your business around your lifestyle. Having the time freedom is the best thing ever, especially if you’re like me who doesn’t like waking up at 6 in the morning.
However, if you look at it from a different perspective, that could also be a disadvantage. Why is that? Because you are your own boss! And you have to be responsible for the actions (or inactions) you take. Nobody can fire you here, but it’ll just take you longer to turn a profit if you don’t treat network marketing as a real business.
Network Marketing Advantage #3: Freedom of Location
You get to work from wherever you want! When you’re at school, college or job, usually you’re tied to one location. This is one of the best network marketing advantages, because you can be at the beach, visiting friends, while still building your business. All you need is good Internet and your laptop. Well, these days you can do a ton of stuff just from your mobile phone.
